- Liturgy of the Word with Children
- Celebrate the Liturgy of the Word with children in the St. Marguerite Bourgeoys Chapel during the 11:30 am Mass on Sundays
Lectors
- Proclaim the Scripture readings at Mass
- Announce the intentions for the Prayers of the Faithful
- Recite the Responsorial Psalm between the readings as required
- Prepare for the readings
Minister of Hospitality (Ushers)
- Welcome parishioners as they arrive at Mass
- Offer information and assistance
- Take up the collection
Ministers of Music
- Lead the congregation in song at Mass
- Work with members of the music ministry in providing music for the Liturgy
- Attend practice and training sessions as required
Ministers of the Sick
- Visit, offer prayerful ministry and the Eucharist to those who are ill, shut-in or elderly (this is offered in homes, hospitals, long-term care facilities and other residences)
Eucharistic Ministers
- Volunteer adults who assist the priest in distributing Holy Eucharist at Mass
- Prepare the altar and sanctuary with the appropriate vessels and hosts
- Ensure that the vessels and hosts are cleaned and returned to their proper place with dignity and respect

Parish Pastoral Council
- Collaborate with the Pastor in developing and reviewing the pastoral plan of the parish.
- Has an ongoing and open dialog with parishioners and parish ministries to assess their
perspectives regarding the pastoral needs of the parish community.
- Be acquainted with the documents of the Church that help them to understand the vision of the
Church and the nature of parish.
- Assist parish ministries in the implementation of the pastoral plan of the parish.
- Be available for meetings as required.
- Observe discretion in the confidential matters arising from Parish Pastoral Council.
